All our products are made by hand to order, which means, that we do not hold anything on stock. Every customer is treated
equally, which means that we make products in the order they were purchased in. It is in company's interest, that you get your order as soon as possible. Due to unpredictable events, there can be delays in process time and shipping time, so we ask for your patience. We are always at your service on info@diog.eu for your questions about your order.

We do not accept refunds due to a change of heart or incorrect sizes. We only allow you to change the goods, if it is damaged before arriving at the destination. If the goods were damaged during transport, we no longer bear the responsibility. You must also take pictures of damaged package, so you can verify with the transport company. In the
unlikely event that this happens, send us a message at info@diog.eu.

Yes!
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that we cannot control any customs or import duties, applied to your package. These fees vary from country to country, it is a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order, so you do not receive any unexpected charges. By law, we are required to declare all items at their full retail price. For this reason, we cannot alter the total amount of your package, to decrease customs fees.

No! We have a business contract with our transport company, which is the same with every order you make. We always ship with this transport company.

Yes. You can find all sizing information on oursizing page. It is your responsibility to ensure you correctly measure your furry friend and choose the appropriate sizing option when adding the product to your cart. Please double check, that the size you have chosen is correct before checkout, as we are unable to confirm sizes with every single order. We do not replace products, if your measurements are wrong.

Care instructions will come with each order, so that you can easily maintain the longevity of your items. Wash your products by hand, with maximum 30℃, with non-aggresive washing products.

If we are ever looking for models, we will post on our instagram and facebook to notify you. Model searches occur periodically. Please do not message us asking if your dog can be a model or if you can have free products. All of our current models have been chosen due to their on-going support for our business. We do appreciate your eagerness to represent our brand.

No, there is no possibility of engraving at this time. When we will have an engraving service, we will make an option on our web-site.

Yes! We are trying our best to maintain quality of our products, using only materials, that are environmentally friendly. We avoid using plastic, synthetics and we use materials like metal, cotton, bamboo and other natural materials. We strive to improve our offer, so we can do our best to help save our planet.
