Dog Birthday Cake – Because Your Pup Deserves the Best!

Is it your dog's birthday? Then it's time for a real dog-friendly cake! No sugar, no unnecessary additives – just a delicious bite of happiness for your four-legged friend. The preparation is simple, and the result will surely delight your pup's taste buds. 

Ingredients:

• 1 mashed banana 

• 2 large tablespoons of peanut butter (unsweetened and unsalted!) 

• 60 g whole grain spelt flour 

• 60 ml water 

• 75 g blueberries (fresh or frozen) 

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

2. In a bowl, mix the banana and peanut butter until smooth.

3. Add the spelt flour and water, then mix well.

4. Gently fold in the blueberries.

5. Pour the batter into an 11 cm cake pan and bake for 25–35 minutes (check with a toothpick – if it comes out clean, the cake is ready!).

6. Let it cool to room temperature, then cut the cake in half.

Decoration:

• Greek yogurt (as needed) 

• Raspberries (fresh or frozen) 

• Dog biscuits for extra crunch! 

Spread Greek yogurt on the bottom layer, add raspberries, and cover with the top layer. Then coat the entire cake with the remaining Greek yogurt and decorate with raspberries and dog biscuits.

The cake serves 4 small portions or one big portion for a very hungry birthday pup.
